Wood flooring
Trim and moldings (optional)
Plywood or MDF underlayment
Construction adhesive
Nails or screws
Caulk
Paint or stain (optional)

Circular saw
Miter saw
Nail gun or hammer
Level
Tape measure
Caulk gun
Paintbrush or roller (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the wall: Remove any existing wall coverings or moldings. Ensure the wall is clean, dry, and level.

2. Install underlayment: Cut plywood or MDF underlayment to fit the wall and secure it with construction adhesive and nails or screws. Ensure the underlayment is level and flush with the wall.

3. Start installing the flooring: Begin by measuring and cutting the first piece of flooring to fit the bottom of the wall. Apply construction adhesive to the back of the flooring and press it into place on the underlayment. Secure it with nails or screws.

4. Continue installing the flooring: Continue working row by row, cutting and installing the flooring until you reach the top of the wall. Interlock the flooring pieces together and stagger the joints for strength.

5. Install trim and moldings (optional): If desired, you can add trim and moldings around the edges of the flooring to create a finished look. Cut the trim to fit and secure it with nails or construction adhesive.
