Sanding and Finishing

Before final installation, hardwood flooring planks undergo sanding and finishing processes to achieve the desired level of smoothness and aesthetic appeal. Sanding machines, equipped with multiple abrasive belts or drums, remove minor imperfections and create a consistently smooth surface. The finishing process involves applying stains, paints, or varnishes to protect the wood and enhance its appearance. These processes can be automated, allowing for even and consistent application across large volumes of flooring.

Quality Control and Inspection
